၁။ မိတ်ဆက်

Onlix သည် ကလေးသူငယ်များ၏ ဘေးကင်းရေးကို အထူးဦးစားပေးပါသည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ platform သည် အသက် ၁၈ နှစ် နှင့် အထက်သာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပြီး ကလေးသူငယ်များကို ကာကွယ်ရန် ဤ Child Safety Standards ကို ချမှတ်ထားပါသည်။

၂။ အသက်ကန့်သတ်ချက်

Onlix platform သည် အသက် ၁၈ နှစ် နှင့် အထက်သာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။ Register လုပ်သောအခါ မွေးသက္ကရာဇ် စစ်ဆေးပြီး အသက် ၁၈ နှစ် မပြည့်သေးသူများ account ဖွင့်ခွင့် မပြုပါ။ ၁၈ နှစ် မပြည့်သေးသူ account တွေ့ပါက ချက်ချင်း ဖျက်သိမ်းမည်။

၃။ ကလေးသူငယ် လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ နှိပ်စက်မှု (CSAM) တားဆီးရေး

Onlix သည် ကလေးသူငယ်များကို လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ နှိပ်စက်မှု (Child Sexual Abuse Material - CSAM) မှ ကာကွယ်ရန် အောက်ပါ နည်းလမ်းများ ကျင့်သုံးပါသည်:

Upload လုပ်သော content များကို automated system ဖြင့် စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
CSAM content တွေ့ပါက ချက်ချင်း ဖျက်သိမ်းပြီး account ပိတ်ဆို့ခြင်း
သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေး အဖွဲ့အစည်းများသို့ အစီရင်ခံခြင်း
National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) သို့ report ပေးပို့ခြင်း

၄။ Report လုပ်နည်း

ကလေးသူငယ်ကို ထိခိုက်နိုင်သော content သို့မဟုတ် အပြုအမူများ တွေ့ပါက:

App ထဲတွင် content/user ၏ "Report" button ကို နှိပ်ပါ
Email: [email protected] သို့ ဆက်သွယ်ပါ
Report များကို 24 နာရီ အတွင်း စစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက်ပါမည်

၅။ Prohibited Content

Onlix platform တွင် အောက်ပါ content များ တင်ခြင်း တင်းကြပ်စွာ တားမြစ်ပါသည်:

ကလေးသူငယ်များပါဝင်သော လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ content မည်သည့်ပုံစံမဆို
ကလေးသူငယ်များကို ဆွဲဆောင်ရန် ကြိုးပမ်းသော content
ကလေးသူငယ်များကို နှိပ်စက်ညှဉ်းပမ်းသော content
ကလေးသူငယ်များ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးကိုယ်တာ အချက်အလက်များ မျှဝေခြင်း

၆။ ဥပဒေနှင့် လိုက်နာမှု

Onlix သည် ကလေးသူငယ်ဆိုင်ရာ ဥပဒေများ အားလုံးကို လိုက်နာပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေး အဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပါသည်။ CSAM တွေ့ပါက NCMEC CyberTipline သို့ report ပေးပို့ပါမည်။

1. Introduction

Onlix is committed to the safety and protection of children. Our platform is strictly for users aged 18 years and above. We have established these Child Safety Standards to protect minors from exploitation and abuse.

2. Age Restriction

Onlix is exclusively for users aged 18 and above. We verify date of birth during registration and deny access to users under 18. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately terminated.

3. Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Onlix employs the following measures to prevent CSAM on our platform:

Automated content scanning of all uploaded media
Immediate removal of CSAM content and termination of offending accounts
Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities
Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline
Cooperation with international child safety organizations

4. How to Report

If you encounter content or behavior that may harm a child:

Use the in-app "Report" button on any content or user profile
Email us at: [email protected]
All reports are reviewed within 24 hours

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Onlix:

Any sexually explicit content involving minors (CSAM)
Content that attempts to groom or solicit minors
Content that exploits or abuses children in any way
Sharing of personal information of minors without parental consent

6. Legal Compliance

Onlix complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to COPPA, and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies. We report all confirmed CSAM to the NCMEC CyberTipline as required by law.
